Duration Settings

Control the timing of your beats with frame-accurate duration controls.

Understanding Duration

Each beat has a duration measured in frames:

  • Displayed as seconds:frames
  • Example: 02:12 = 2 seconds + 12 frames
  • Based on project frame rate (FPS)

Setting Duration

In Properties Panel

  1. Select a beat
  2. Find duration field
  3. + button - Add 1 frame
  4. - button - Remove 1 frame
  5. Or type directly for exact duration

Quick Adjustments

  • Click + repeatedly for longer beats
  • Click - repeatedly for shorter beats
  • Minimum: 1 frame
  • Maximum: No limit

Frame Rates

Project FPS Setting
